These brain capacities determine how we respond to challenging situations, such as how likely we are to become stressed and anxious or stay focused and productive. By measuring and training your brain capacities through Total Brain, and screening for potential risks, your mental health can be improved.

Take 15 minutes a day to train with over 40 different mind and brain exercises focusing on improving your 12 brain capacities.
