What You Should Know Before Beginning

First-time users begin by taking the Total Brian assessment. This confidential, clinically validated assessment is what enables Total Brain to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement. The thorough evaluation is easy to use and takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

To ensure the results are accurate and meaningful, it is important to carve out about 20 minutes of quiet, uninterrupted time to complete the assessment.

Or you can choose your own self-care exercises from a library of more than 60 scientifically validated self-care exercises that help strengthen your mental health across brain capacities.
