Risk of PTSD continues to rise and impact cognitive functions

In this month's Mental Health Index Report, we'll discuss key stats, including:

• Workers’ risk of PTSD has been rising since February 2021 and is now 53% higher than it was before the pandemic
• A 53% decline in workers’ sustained attention vs. before the pandemic means employees are struggling to avoid distractions and stay productive
• Workers aged 40-59 show signs of worsening mental health, with a 67% greater risk of General Anxiety Disorder than last month
