Data analysis outcomes study from the Total Brain book of Business

We analyzed the impact of Total Brain on mental health of addicted individuals.

We tracked and analyzed changes in the brain capacities of over 1,000 people who had previously screened at risk for addiction, and then completed 2+ hours of training using Total Brain’s self-care exercises.

What we found was a significant improvement in each capacity measure following the training.

This includes:

  • A 30% decrease in stress with 2+ hours of training
  • A 27% decrease in anxiety with 2+ hours of training
  • A 14% increase in social connectivity on exercises related to improving social connectivity
