We analyzed the impact of Total Brain in reducing stress levels.

We tracked and analyzed changes in the stress levels of over 9,500 people who trained using Total Brain’s self-care exercises. What we found was a significant improvement in stress levels following the training. And, the more time the user spent training, the greater the improvement in their stress levels, including:

  • a 20% decrease in stress with 2+ hours of training
  • Our NeuroTunes and breathing exercises significantly reduced user stress
